If you are not happy with your item in the first instants please email me at. ruthcooke28 @gmail.com with 14 day returns of receiveing item any returns you [the customer are responsible for returning and paying and posta ge for the items ,we dont except returns on customised items but we may offer a part refund we dont except returns on piecerd earings sorry .
